FYUGP ZOOLOGY Major WITH SPECIALIZATION IN FISHERIES SCIENCE

The department offers a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Zoology with a specialization in Fisheries Science in the sixth semester. Students can pursue an honors degree by completing one more year with an additional research project in the eighth semester.In addition to elective courses on Fisheries Science, the Department offers advanced courses in Nanobiology and Omics & Bioinformatics. A summer internship is included in the fourth semester, which provides practical experience in the field and the eighth semester focuses on completing a research project required for the honors degree.
