Skill Development in Experimental Techniques and Data Analysis Tools
The internship programme titled “Skill Development in Experimental Techniques and Data Analysis Tools” is a 30-hour training course designed to provide students with practical knowledge of UV-Visible spectroscopy, including its principles, instrumentation, sample preparation, and spectral data acquisition, followed by comprehensive data analysis using ORIGIN, Mathematica, and Python for plotting, peak fitting, band-gap estimation, and scientific interpretation. The programme culminates in a mini-project where participants perform the complete workflow from data collection to result presentation, enabling them to operate spectroscopic instruments confidently, analyze experimental spectra using modern computational tools, and effectively communicate scientific findings
