” Nattu Vipani”exhibition on 26/08/2022

‘Vipani” is an innovative project of Department of Commerce,TKM College of Arts & Science, This project was launched in 2020 with the intention of economic and social upliftment of women in Kotankara Gram Panchayat. The team Department of Commerce is providing training and guidance to the women community to find a steady source of income and to provide a platform for the marketing of their home made products.
As this is the festive occasion of onam, an exhibition of Vipani members, consisting of twelve Kudumbasree units will be conducted on 26.08.2022. An attractive Payasamela with wide varieties of Payasams prepared by Vipani members and also by students of Department of Commerce, and food fest with Onam snacks are also organized. A cash prize of Rs 1000 will be given to a woman of Kotamkara gram panchayat for the best payasam prepared in the festival.
